We often print a few extra pieces of your order, just in case something unexpected happens during the cutting/finishing process. Instead of recycling those extra pieces, we include them with your order. Therefore, your order might contain more pieces than envelopes.
Your order should include one envelope per piece for the original quantity ordered.
