The print quality does vary depending on the quality of the photos uploaded.

If you are concerned about how well your photo will print, indicate in the Design Request area (available during personalization) that you would like your photos to be checked for print quality. Also, request that an email proof be sent. Once your order has been placed, our graphics department will check your photos and a proof will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. You will be alerted if there are any photo concerns.

*Color Disclaimer *

We do our best to ensure that your orders are as true to color as possible. However, due to variances from screen to print, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. The finished product may be slightly different than how it appears online. We highly recommend purchasing a Sample first.

A Word on Samples

Due to printer calibrations, maintenance, inks and paper variations there can be small differences between a sample and your full order. The longer you wait between your sample and the full order, the higher the probability of this occurring.

We print each order upon request and while we do our best to maintain color over time, we can't guarantee there will be a 100% color match.
