We understand that plans change. Here's how we can help:
- If no design work has started yet: we're happy to cancel your order at no charge.
- If a designer has begun work on your order: a $35 cancellation fee may apply to cover the design time.
- Your order already in production: we are not able to cancel at this stage, but please call us and we'll do our best to explore your options together.
- You selected Express Service: Express Service are approved but the customer before the purchase is made. Once that order is sent to us, it is queued for immediate production. For this reason, we are unable to cancel items on an Express Service order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

If you reach us after hours, you may email or submit a help ticket and please follow up with a call on the next business day to ensure the fastest possible assistance. Please include your order number and phone number so we can get to your order more quickly.
