We understand that plans change. Here's how we can help:

• If no design work has started yet: we're happy to cancel your order at no charge.
• A designer has begun work on your order: a $35 cancellation fee may apply to cover the design time.
• Order already in production: we aren't able to cancel at this stage, but please call us and we'll do our best to explore your options together.
• You selected Express printing: because express orders are double-checked before the order is placed they are queued for immediate production and we're unable to cancel. Please call us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

If you reach us after hours, you may email or use our Customer Portal and please follow up with a call on the next business day to ensure the fastest possible assistance. Either way, please include your order number and phone number so we can get to you quickly.
