Yes, absolutely! We offer complimentary name printing with a place card purchase! We have a variety of shapes to choose from, and each shape offers space for different guest details.
To add printed names to your place cards, you will need to upload a guest list after you choose your design. Here’s how:
- Choose your design.*
- Click “Personalize” to begin the customization process.
- Edit the font and color of text to be included on your place cards.
- After you make the changes that will apply to all cards, you will be prompted to upload a guest list.
- Download the Truly Engaging Excel place card template. (This is the only file format we can read for our place cards.)
- Complete your guest list with names, table numbers, and food choices (if applicable).
*Note: some place card shapes feature a name only, some include a name and table number, and some include name, table number, and food preferences. See below for options for each.
Our Shapes and the Information Available for Printing for Each
Our designers create pieces that are very intentional, ensuring your final design won’t look overcrowded or forced. This means some details cannot be printed on all place cards.
- Our more intricate shapes feature names only. This includes Swan, Cowboy Boot, and Coupe Glass.
- The Wine Glass Stem Place Cards feature names and table numbers.
- The Crest, Heart, Oval, Scalloped Circle, Shell, Tented, and Wavy Place Cards include space for guest name + table number + food icon + allergy.
If the shape you choose has space for more information than you would like to include, you do not need to add those details to the template. For example, leave the “Allergies” column blank if that information is unnecessary for your day.
