You can add your personal elements to most products!
The Truly Engaging personalization process allows you to incorporate your custom elements directly while designing your order. If the item you're working on doesn't have that functionality built in, our graphics team can add it for you after your order is placed. Elements can be added (or removed) from the front and back of most designs.
To make a request:
- While in the Design Studio, leave a note in the Request box stating that you have an element you would you like to add along with any placement instructions.
- After checking out, upload your file at: https://www.trulyengaging.com/upload/enter/market/1000 using your new order number.
Once we receive all of your design elements, our graphics standards team will begin completing your design. A digital proof will be available in 2–3 business days. Your proofs can be viewed in your account or through an email alert.
Accepted file types by category:
Photos JPEG, PNG, TIFF, Adobe Photoshop (.psd), PDF, or EPS
Logos Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, Adobe Photoshop (.psd), TIFF, PNG, JPEG, or PDF
Guest & Mailing Lists Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx), or CSV
