Total turnaround time includes processing and shipping time. Factors include the type of product ordered, shipping method chosen during checkout, and delivery location.

Production Time
Production in our plant can vary from 3–12 business days* from the date of your proof approval. The type of product and embellishments ordered are the main factors affecting production time. 

*Please be aware due to supply chain delays orders may take longer then originally estimated

Shipping Time
Most orders ship from our production plant in Illinois, which takes 1–7 business days from production, depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination address. In a hurry? You can upgrade to one of our expedited shipping options during checkout. All shipping time is calculated in business days.

Samples
Orders ship free of charge from Illinois and normally arrive within 10 business days (usually less).

With Mailing Service Added
Your order will be produced, processed, and dropped at the post office 10-14 business days from the date of your proof approval.

USPS First Class is estimated at 1-5 days for delivery*.
USPS Presort Standard is estimated at 3-10 days for delivery.*
* USPS is accountable for variances in delivery times after your order is dropped at the post office.
