Production Time Once your order is approved, average production time is 3–5 business days. The type of product and any embellishments are the main factors affecting production time.
Shipping Time Most orders ship from our production facility in Illinois. USPS standard shipping estimates 2–5 business days within the 48 contiguous states. All shipping times are calculated in business days.

Direct Mailing Service Orders using our Direct Mailing Service will be produced, processed, and dropped at the post office within 10–14 business days from your proof approval date.
- USPS First Class: estimated 1–5 days for delivery
- USPS Presort Standard: estimated 3–10 days for delivery
