We want you to love what you receive and feel confident you're placing the order you want, so we make sure you can see it before it ever goes to print.

First, Personalize Your Design The Truly Engaging Design Studio lets you customize your items by adding photos, changing colors, and updating text and fonts. If you're unable to make a desired change on your own, simply add a Design Request and your message will be routed to our talented designers after checkout. They complete design requests in 2-3 Days.


Then, Review & Approve Your Proof Once you have completed your designs, you will be asked to review and approve your proofs before adding them to the cart and checking out. Before approving, confirm the following:

  • Correct text — spelling, punctuation, grammar, accurate phone numbers and information
  • Quality images — high resolution, non-pixelated, correct positioning and cropping
  • Legibility — text and images are clearly visible against the background


By approving your proof, you confirm that all information is correct and authorize Truly Engaging to proceed with printing.


Submitted a Design Requests If you added Design Request, you will skip the proof approval step for now. Your entire order will be placed on hold after checkout while one of our designers works on your changes (typically 2–3 business days). Once complete, you will receive an alert via email or text that your proof is ready to review. At that point you can either submit additional changes or approve your items to move to production.
