Yes! Your proof is built right into the design process — no need to request one separately.
You'll personalize your item in the Truly Engaging Design Studio, and once you're happy with your design, you'll be asked to review and approve it for print before checking out.
Before approving, confirm the following:
- Correct text — spelling, punctuation, grammar, and accurate details
- Quality images — high resolution, non-pixelated, correct positioning and cropping
- Legibility — text and images are clearly visible against the background
By approving your proof, you confirm that all information is correct and authorize Truly Engaging to proceed with printing.
Submitted a Design Request? If you added a Design Request, you'll skip the proof step at checkout for now. Your order will be placed on hold while one of our designers works on your changes within 2–3 business days. Once complete, you'll receive an email or text with a link to review your updated proof. You can then approve it or request additional changes.
