How do I prepare and submit my Canva design?

Modified on Thu, Jun 25 at 10:34 PM

We  would be happy to print your custom Canva designs! For the most complete information, please check out our Canva Printing Guide.

Here's what you need to do to prepare your art:

Create the file to the product dimensions, including bleed—your background color or pattern should extend ¼" beyond the finished size. For example, a 5" × 7" card should be sized 5.25" × 7.25". Some of most popular products can be found here: https://www.trulyengaging.com/shop/weddings-upload-your-design

Download your file:
Click Share > Download and select PDF Print. This keeps your file size and quality intact. (If you don't download as PDF Print, your file may shrink to 4.77" × 6.66".)

Color note:
We print in CMYK color, so RGB designs may look different. Check your colors before submitting.

Want to add foil?
Add a special design request that you would like to add foil. Please provide a separate "foil layer" file showing just the foil areas—this helps our designers set up your proof quickly and avoids additional fees.

Upload your file:
Use our file upload page to submit your Canva design along with any other files you need (photos, mailing lists, logos, etc.).
