Your proof is built right into the design process — no need to request one separately!
You will personalize your item in the Truly Engaging Design Studio. Once you're happy with your design, you'll be asked to review and approve it before checking out.
Before approving, confirm the following:
- Correct text — spelling, punctuation, grammar, accurate phone numbers and information
- Quality images — high resolution, non-pixelated, correct positioning and cropping
- Legibility — text and images are clearly visible against the background
By approving your proof, you confirm that all information is correct and authorize Truly Engaging to proceed with printing.
Submitted a Design Request? If you added a Design Request, you will skip over the proof approval for now. Your order will be placed on hold after checkout while one of our designers works on your changes (typically 2–3 business days). Once complete, you'll receive an alert via email or text that your updated proof is ready to review. You can then approve your item to move to production or submit additional changes.
