If something isn’t right due to a printing or production issue, we’ll make it right.
Simply let us know—we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns on personalized products that have been approved for print, but we handle every concern individually to find the best solution for you.
In most cases we'll ask for photos to help troubleshoot your concerns and get you a replacement. Please email us with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of your concern
- Supporting photos: close ups, photos of multiple product in the order, ect.
All order concerns need to be addressed within 30 days of receipt.

To report shipping or concealed damage, please contact our Customer Concierge Team at 800-788-0611 within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
